These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text-message program operated by La Crosse District Dental Society Inc ("we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our sign-up form, you agree to these SMS Terms.

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our sign-up form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of using our services. You may also be sent a one-time passcode when you enable two-factor authentication on your account.
Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity — for example, how often you log in (2FA codes) and how many CE seminars and member events you're registered for. You will only receive messages related to the categories described above.
Message and data rates may apply. Messages are sent through your wireless carrier and are subject to the terms of your mobile plan. La Crosse District Dental Society Inc does not charge for the messages themselves. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message that identifies La Crosse District Dental Society Inc and confirms that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further text messages, unless you opt in again. Sample opt-out confirmation: "La Crosse District Dental Society Inc: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no more messages. Reply HELP for help."
